Exchanges and Returns
Non-defective products may be returned within 30 days of purchase and a full refund or exchange will be processed.
In-Store Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds & exchanges will apply to products that are the wrong size, wrong colour, have fit issues, preference changes or are gift exchanges etc.
Non-defective items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase together with the sales or gift receipt
Items must be in the same condition they were bought in, with the original swing tags still attached
Posters, socks and other personal items cannot be returned
Items that are damaged, stained, or soiled will not be accepted for refund or exchange
Damaged or defective goods as a result of production/manufacturing error must be returned within 30 days of purchase and an exchange or refund processed
Online Refunds &Exchanges for Local & International Customers
Refunds & exchanges for the wrong size, wrong colour, fit issues, preference changes, gift exchanges and damaged or defective goods as a result of production or manufacturing error may be returned
- You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused or we will be unable to issue a refund or exchange
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with the order details or invoice included
- No online specials or discounted products can be returned
- All online specials and discounted items are considered final sale
- If the exchange is due to a personal change in mind, the courier cost for the return will be carried by the customer. If, however, the return is due to a production or manufacturing error
- The Drum Archive Shop will facilitate the collection and return of the product and carry the associated courier fees
- All online returns must be sent to the address below via a courier service to reach us within 30 days of purchase to The Drum Archive Shop, 44 Stanley Avenue, Braamfontein Werf, South Africa 2190
- Please ensure that you include at least one email with either the order or delivery info aswell as the reasons for the return when returning the items to us
- In the event that a refund is required, please note that it will only be processed once the returned items have been received
- If there are signs of usage or if the product is damaged by transport, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or refund
