Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase but understand that sometimes shopping online can be tricky. If you decide you don't love your item, we can offer either a full refund, an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery. (See more detail below) This does not apply to sale items, socks or any limited edition and black & white posters or prints.

 OUR RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns with respect to the following conditions:

  • The item must have been purchased online or at our stores in 44 Stanley
  • The return or exchange within 30 days of delivery
  • For hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns on our socks
  • The item should be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached & in it's original condition, suitable for re-sale. We are unable to accept returns of worn, washed or customer damaged items
  • We will thoroughly inspected all returned items upon receipt & will only be accepted if our returns standards are met. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unsellable condition, we may have to return it to you
  • It is our customers' responsibility to return the item to us by reliable and recorded delivery. In the case that the return is lost in the post, we will be unable to process your return / refund
  • In the unlikely event that an item you receive is defected, we will replace it or refund it at no cost to yourself.
  • To process the return and replacement of a damaged item, we will arrange our courier collection from you 
  • Please follow the instructions below, to return your damaged item to our store at 44 Stanley Avenue
  • Once we have inspected the damaged item, we will refund you or arrange a replacement to be sent to you. In the case that we are unable to replace the item, we will offer a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.
  • We are unable to offer returns on international orders as South African Customs charges to ourselves unjustifiably costly.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

  1. Email us at info@drumshop.co.za to notify us that you will be returning your purchase, with reasons for the return viz.(sizing, fit, etc.)

  2. Please also return the original packaging and tags with your name to our address as follows:

  1. On receipt of your return in good order, we will get in touch to discuss your available options. In the case of a full refund, we’ll request your bank details as to process the refund.

  2.  Please allow 5 - 7 working days for the refund to bprocess

 

EXCHANGES

  • If you've received your item and it's not quite what you expected, we'll be happy to exchange it for something from our webiste depending on stock availability.
  • Please note that we are unable exchange any our our posters, socks and sale items
  • Please follow the same procedure as for a return above, indicating that you would like an exchange or receive a store credit. 
  • Once we've received your returned item with the origanl packaging and tags, we will process your exchange or issue you a store credit.

REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS AND DISCOUNT CODES

No refunds will be given on purchases bought on sale or using a discount code/offer. Items that do not fit correctly can be exchanged for the right size, if available. Alternatively we are always happy to offer our customers store credit that can be used on our site at a later stage.
