Shipping policy

Our local courier partner is The Courier Guy who does door to door delivery throughout South Africa.

• We are currently offering all online customers Free Local (SA) shipping on orders over R1500
  
• All orders less than R1500.00 within the major centres incur a standard delivery charge of R105.00.
• This discount will not combine with any other discount at checkout viz. My Discount subscriber offer

Deliveries to regional and smaller towns incur a standard delivery fee of R120.00.

The delivery fee is waived for all purchases exceeding R1500.

Customers living within the greater Johannesburg area are welcome to collect their purchases – at no charge - from our store at 44 Stanley Avenue in Braamfontein.

We aim to fulfil orders as quickly as possible & to have deliveries packaged & booked within 24 – 48 hours.

Once your delivery has been booked, we’ll email you a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

We offer international shipping via our shipping partner TUNL with a lead time of between 5 -10 working days depending on the destination country & city. Please note that all shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 

These fees may vary depending on your location and will be calculated based on the rates provided at checkout. 

An email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been packaged.
