Baby Come Duze

The April 1965 publication of Drum Magazine presented the evolving language of South Africa's townships as a photo-story, where a love triangle unfolded through a series of photographs and captions. 

Each photograph brought the slang to life showing how it was used in real conversations and relationships, in a dramatic story of violence and romance in the townships.
