Steve Biko: A Tribute to Steve Biko, First President and General Secretary of new South African Student's Organisation, SASO was published in November 1977. Much has been written about the death of Bantu Steve Biko. Drum’s tribute to this son of South Africa put his tragic death into the perspective of the time.
